Terms of services

  Invoices and Payments:

  • The invoice is issued after the full payment has been transferred according to the issued sales order.
  • The order will be shipped after full payment is received.
  • Profilers only deals with upfront payments and does not offer deferred payment terms or installments.

  Returns and exchanges:

  • Return policy:
    • Returns or exchanges are only allowed if the order was incorrectly executed by “Profilers”.
    • Return and refund requests are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • Status of returned products:
    • All products must be returned in their original packaging, including all accessories.
    • The item must be unused, uninstalled, and not connected to any electrical or water supply.
    • Products must be in the same condition as when they were delivered.
  • Examination:
    • All returns are subject to inspection before approval.
    • Returns may be subject to a fee of up to 30% of the original item value, plus shipping fees, if the conditions are not met.
  • Customized and special requests:
    • Custom-made or specially ordered products are not eligible for return.
  • Damaged or defective products:
    • Return requests for damaged or defective products must be submitted within 14 days of receipt.
    • After 14 days, cases are treated as warranty claims.
  • The right to refuse:
    • Profilers reserves the right to refuse any return that does not comply with the policy.

  Warranty

  • Warranty period:
    • The warranty period for all devices is one year from the date of invoice issuance.
  • What the warranty covers:
    • The warranty covers maintenance and replacement of spare parts in case of a manufacturing defect.
    • This does not mean a full product replacement or a refund.
  • What is excluded from the warranty:
    • Misuse of the product or spare parts.
    • Failure to comply with the usage instructions.
    • Any damage resulting from:
    • Inappropriate use.
    • Inadequate maintenance.
    • Incorrect construction.
    • Inappropriate electrical voltage.
    • Repair by unauthorized individuals using profilers
  • Warranty terms:
    • “Profilers” will bear the shipping costs if the customer is outside the city of Riyadh, with the necessity of carefully packaging the parts.
    • The warranty does not apply in cases such as improper storage, misuse, or product maintenance by an unauthorized party.
  • Customer approval:
    • Once the product is purchased and put into operation, the customer is considered to have agreed to all warranty terms.

  Maintenance policy:

  • During the warranty period:
    • If a manufacturing defect appears, maintenance and replacement of defective parts will be provided free of charge.
    • Profilers bears the costs of sending the shipment to the maintenance center.
  • Maintenance period:
    • Maintenance begins within 7 days of the product being received.
    • The product will be repaired and delivered within a period not exceeding 15 working days from the availability of spare parts.
  • Receiving the device after maintenance:
    • The customer is obligated to receive his serviced device within 90 days from the date he is notified of the repair.
    • After this period, Profilers has the right to dispose of the device without any liability or compensation.
